Cooper Landing Pale Ale is a moderately hopped classic American Pale Ale. Brewed with Cascade and Falconers Flight hops both for kettle additions and dry hopping.

Slaughter Ridge Rye – SRR ABV 7% IBU 58
A West Coast Style IPA brewed with 17.5% Rye Malt. Hopped with Centennial and Chinook in the kettle. Dry Hopped with Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook.
Big Burner Brown – BBB ABV 6.3% IBU 35
Hop forward American Brown Ale with hints of Chocolate and Carmel. Brewed with Warrior, Cascade, and Falconers Flight Hops. Dry hopped with Cascade and Falconers Flight. English Ale Yeast adds some desirable sweetness to this beer.
Porcupine Porter ABV 6.2% IBU 32
Dark ale brewed with Crystal, Chocolate, and Black Patent Malt. English Ale Yeast is also used in this beer to round out the flavor profile. Hopped with Chinook and Willamette.
Schooner Bend Common ABV 5% IBU 45
American Steam Beer brewed with lager yeast at a higher temperature. This results in a smooth drinking amber lager with ale characteristics. Malt forward with hints of vanilla and spice. Chinook hops.
Cryo Camper ABV 6.3% IBU 40
IPA dry hopped with YCH Cryo® Citra hops. This IPA has a lower bitterness than the west coast styles but with increased tropical flavors and aromas. Centennial hops in the kettle.
On the Drift ABV 5.3% IBU 37
Classic Pilsner style with a healthy serving of traditional German hops. Brewed with German Traditional, German Select, and Saaz hop additions.
